RE: Application for the CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNSHIP Dear Mr. /Madam, The nature of my degree course has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, selfmotivation and a wide range of skills. For instant, we studied the supply chain management, logistics and stock management; so I have an idea of the field. Besides as a future industrial and logistics engineer I am aware of the importance of a good business logistic, of meeting deadlines especially when it comes to exportation/importation , and eventually how critical is the services of the logistics department including the stock management, the delivery and transportations, the production flows and the suppliers’ management. I am a hard worker, with a keen eye for detail and I should be very grateful for the opportunity to progress within your company. As a fast learner with knowledge of the basics of the working environment within companies I believe this is a chance to enlarge my experience and push myself into being a better engineer and manager.
